OT:4 Questions regarding wireless

TO Group:

1)i need to ask you can we do deploy 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz at the same physical
locationmean
i need to deploy 2.4Ghz b/g for data 5Ghz 802.11a for voice i read somewhere
in cisco document its not recommended i need clarification.
 2) when i go to deploy Vowlan using 7921 and 7925 what should be the
trasnmit power of AP i read 40mW
if yes then why
 3) i need to know about channel overlapping recommended 15 to 20% will it
be fine for voice deployment
how can i identify that channel overlapping is 15 to 20 % or 30% or 50% is
there any why to identify kindly guide me
 4)co-channel inference if i increased transmitpower let say 100mW will it
increased
co-channel interference and has it impact on Voice call?
 then what should be the transmit power for deploying VoWlan +data to reduce
co-channel interference
