I cannot verify that this will work, but Broadview (8.3.x)+ will allow one to many.

Here is the output from a one to many PAT, I will admit that Broadview NAT syntax is difficult at first, but you should be able to pull it off.

show xlate | i 192.168.1.7
TCP PAT from inside:192.168.1.7 25-25 to outside:5.5.5.204 25-25
TCP PAT from inside:192.168.1.7 25-25 to outside:5.5.5.202 25-25
