You don't need to do anything at the moment unless you want to re-schedule
immediately. I have had a look at Brussels and there are a lot of free
dates for R&S immediately. I would guess the Cisco Certification team will
be getting your email from your profile so I wouldn't worry about that.
Pearson VUE will refund your fee to your card and you will receive a free
voucher for you re-schedule. I am sure the guy will call back if he can't
get hold of you anyway and there should be a case opened in certifications
support for you when you next have your login details.
