MARS does monitor interface utiization. If your referring to ingress vs egress traffic and netflow it depends on the version your using. V5 only suppoerts ingress, but if its enabled on all interfaces (which is key) it is easy to determine egress based on next hop etc.. If you want both you have to run V9.
