Diet can also be a very important part of this. Many man made oils (corn,
soy, vegetable) etc are very inflammatory as are many simple carbs like
sugars, and grains. Omega 3's (fish oil) are very anti-inflammatory so
taking a fish oil supplement may help. I used to get very bad carpal tunnel,
but changing my diet has nearly eliminated it.
