SHAM-LINK

Please can someone explain the reason why ospf sham link doesn't come up
after the router is reloaded.

Everything seems to be fine before the router is reloaded.

After the reload the sham link is only up from one side and down from the
other side.

If i remove the sham link command and type it again. it comes up.

I don't understand wat is happening?
