There is indeed a typo in the answer key for this task, and we will update this in the next upload of Volume 1.

Be careful, however, as your suggested solution would also be marked incorrectly. The correct syntax is:
oer master
loss relative 30

If you are wondering why, be sure you can find this command in the appropriate Command Reference in about 20 seconds. :-)
