Diff. Between IP Address Negotiated & DHCP in PPPOE

Dear All,

In Workbooks,While Configuring PPPOE using DHCP for the clients,sometimes I see that they use Ip address negotiated and ip address dhcp,

Please If anyone can help and tell me what's the difference between them and also when to use peer default ip address pool local,as i understand it's sometimes use in case of PPP dynamic address Negotiation.

so please Explain.
