Cancel Scheduled Lab

Hi Guys

I've a lab scheduled for end May, however, I have not made any payment yet,
as it's within 90days, can i safely drop the lab without any penalty ? since
I have not made any payment yet ?

In fact, i thought as soon as you do not made any payment within 90 days for
example, the systems will automatically cancel your scheduled lab ?

any input is greatly appreciated.
