So it is same like if you do it through MQC:

policy-map POLICE
   class FTP
         police xxx xxx xxx
   class TELNET
         police xxx xxx xxx
   class class-default
         police xxx xxx xxx

int s1/0
   bandwidth xxx
   service policy in POLICE

??
