may be you do like this .. convert that wild card into subnets 1.0.0.0
(00000001.00000000.00000000.00000000) so with the process of Logical OR at
least any network should have one last significant bit common to be allowed
which even networks would never . so , any odd would be permitted . though i
never do the same to interpret the results for this , it would be
interesting to know some of my thoughts and their direction
