ASAs stopped production??

Hey guys,
              Just curious, I have an order in with my cisco partner for 4
Cisco ASA 5520s, he just came back to me saying he wont be able to deliver
because cisco has temporary stopped their production due to a legal dispute.
Anybody heard anything about it? any ideas on how long would this linger?
Cause I'm need to consider changing my plan and go for Juniper SSG netscreens
if the wait will be long for ASAs.
