Well you might be laughing but here's the instructions ive been sent

Scheduled Lunch Break
You are given a maximum of one hour for lunch. During the lunch break you
may access your personal belongings in the presence of the PPC proctor and
leave the PPC facility, but you must be very careful to return on time to
begin your exam. If you are late
returning from lunch, the PPC proctor will be required to write up an
incident report to document the reason for your delay. You will not be given
extra time to compensate for a late return. If you are more than 15 minutes
late from your scheduled lunch break, you will not be allowed to finish your
lab exam.
Upon returning from lunch, the biometric and identification validation is
repeated for all candidates. You must check in with the administrator and
complete all identification processes before re-entering the testing room.
All personal belongings must be returned to the locker.
The lunch break is not mandatory and some candidates will choose to continue
working. Others may decide to take only a short amount of time and return
early. Whenever you decide you are ready and you begin Configuration--the
third section of the exam--you will not be allowed to change your mind and
take a lunch break. Once begun, the Configuration section must be finished
without a scheduled break, without leaving the facility, and without
accessing your personal belongings (other than medication, snacks or
drinks). You may take a brief unscheduled break to use the bathroom, or get
a snack, medication or a drink.

Seems pretty comprehensive to me!
