Naufal,
I assume you're referring to Xenpak, (VSL works on 10G - and it won't work
on all 10G ports e.g it X6704 is not VSL capable) ...

on WS-X6716-10G only non-oversubscribed ports can be used for
VSL... performance mode (1 port used per port group)
