James,

You need to configure a private IP address on your 2511. Make sure it
has a static default route pointing to your netgear. Then you'll have
to configure your netgear for NAT/port forwarding. Do some
configuration and testing...you shouldn't need "step by step
instructions." This is, after all, the CCIE lab list!

I can connect to My Netgear Router via IE web browser and manage it via
Internet.
I have 2511 terminal Server connected via ethernet int to Netgear
Router.

How I can connect to Cisco 2511 terminal server connected to Netgear?
Need to configure Loopback on 2511 and ping this ip@?
What I have to do step by step?
