James,
You need to configure a private IP address on your 2511. Make sure it
has a static default route pointing to your netgear. Then you'll have
to configure your netgear for NAT/port forwarding. Do some
configuration and testing...you shouldn't need "step by step
instructions." This is, after all, the CCIE lab list!
