I've been using Micronics Training racks for some time.

It has worked out great. Also referred to as "Narbik"
The racks are rented on a monthly basis at reasonable rates and much lower
than reasonable for Micronics Training students. The company and Narbik are
really more focused on helping students than the money. IMO you can't go
wrong with them.
