When I was studying for the lab, I had my own rack of older equipment that
was affordable, but when I did need rack time I went to proctorlabs.com. I
know it sounds a little cheesy since I work there now but that is the truth
as I was a student before a teacher of course.
Proctorlabs has a really neat web-based interface that allows you to revert
the pods, load all of our lab configurations, and even remotely power cycle
the devices via the web interface. It also utilizes some pretty nice gear:
3825, 2811, 3x 3560 and 1x 3550 for your devices all running latest IOS
release. For the remote management capability, the script loading, and the
quality of equipment the rate @ $35/8 hrs is pretty reasonable. There is
also 24x7 support.
