Cisco 360 missing major items?

Anyone else been looking at Cisco 360 to prepare for the CCIE lab? I have been comparing different offerings and it looks like Cisco is missing a few things. I see nothing specifically to cover the short answer questions and nothing to cover the troubleshooting. When I called TWO of the training companies for Cisco 360, I was told that troubleshooting was covered in the labs and short answer questions were from the general knowledge obtained. But I do not see a specific study materials for either of these components of the lab test. Are these things necessary or is Cisco 360 enough to pass the lab test?
