Yes.

Sarad if i could mention, this is something you could quickly & easily lab
up in dynamips ;)
As the loopbacks are part of the same classful network as the outgoing int (
10.0.0.0/8),
you will see 10.2.0.0 coming into R2, and 10.3.0.0 coming into R1.
If the loopbacks were not part of the classful boundary as the outgoing
interface they would be summarised to their classful network boundary.
This is all assuming you are running RIPv1 with auto summary enabled.
