It's up to you. In my experience everyone get's tired of the "real world"
eventually. The hours, the deadlines, the re-certs... etc. I supposed it
comes down to whether you've reached that point and how bad you and your
family need the money. I actually have a similar position at my company.
I love it, but I'm still in my 20's. (barely...) I know at some point I
will be more interested in soccer games and dance recitals than infiniband
and cloud computing, but YMMV.

I am working as Network design engineer , writing low level design ,
implementing network projects and troubleshooting if the first line ,
second and third line are unable to solve .I have an opotunity in my
company to become a Network Instructor / Trainer ,pay wise it is the same
.But I was thinking hard about this position , only that I am afraid I
will
not be involved in real world project .Do you guys think this being an
instructor will help me in advancing my career in any way .What do
instructors think ? Guys please advice me.
