Hi,
You should add the frame-relay end-to-end keepalive for pvc status on both
routers:
map-class frame-relay FREEK
frame-relay end-to-end keepalive mode bidi
int s0/0
frame-relay class FREEK
same for the subinterface
int s0/0.1
frame-relay interface-dlci 123
class FREEK
