That, and you can't (legally) practice medicine without being a
doctor... So everyone has the same minimal set of qualifications. In
the networking world, there are no legally required brain cells to
operate. ;)

What is a "Dynamipper CCIE"? Someone who never touched a real hardware but
passed CCIE Lab with 0 experience? Is that even possible?

What would be the most people's preference? would they like to be operated
by a doctor with 10 yrs experience in surgery or just brand new doctor with
0.5 yrs experience?
Same thing with business - the BIG bang project, they won't be hiring a
fresh CCIE to make the big bang happen! of course he'd be doing networking
part only.
I agreed with you, yes it touches mos tof the topics which u'll see in
"CISCO" environment. but if there is something else between 2 cisco box, the
new CCIE will be obvious don't know about them.
Experience teaches you a lot but it leaves a lot of
holes in you knowledge on areas you haven't worked with. The CCIE covers
all
bases technically and operational skills can be learned on the fly
relatively easily meaning you can do most roles comfortably. Working on a
helpdesk (non-TAC) with a CCIE often implies someone doesn't know their
own
value or didn't learn good interview skills - I wish that was taught with
the CCIE exam...

Blah, blah, blah... Dude, People have been saying the same thing
about
devaluation for the past 11+ years since I was studying/getting/got
my
CCIE!
Amazingly enough, there's still plenty of jobs... There still
plenty
of
$$ to go with them... There is still plenty of people looking for
CCIEs.
Why don't some people have jobs? Because like ANY other industry
it's
not just about a title/piece-of-paper/number/whatever. It's about
the
person and their experiences that go along with the knowledge.
