Are you a Cisco 360 student? If so, you might be able to work with your
training partner to assist with a reschedule. If not, you can always try
and contact the CCIE team yourself, but since you don't have a death in
the family, etc, I would highly doubt you will get a reschedule.

I have lab exam date on 12 march at hong kong and already paid.
Because of ad hoc project, I cannot make it. I request cisco to
reschedule and got rejected. I'd like to know can I swap the date with
