Try the software advisor on the Cisco website.
If you have a Sup2 and MSFC2 both with 256MB RAM and 64MB Flash, you can upgrade to Native IOS. Which is the preferred way to go. Otherwise check the website with your hardware specs (RAM, Flash and Sup model) which code you can run.
Also don't forget to upgrade the ROMMON when necessary.
