Cisco website is good place to start. Just read the release notes, the
newest image is always at the top.

I run 8-4-6 on my sup2 and 8-6-6 on sup32; i beleive their even newer
images...

The IOS feature page can also be used to navigate thru the features
including the required memory requirements etc.
