Hi Syed,

1.) You can contact your Cisco SE who can book the sessions for you. I would
recommend a minimum of 8 hours per session.
2.) I used all the aset labs in my preparation and was very happy with it. I
found them very useful and its a good addition to what's available already,
its just another way of wording/looking at a lab and it has some nice tasks
as well. Even if they are still aimed for v3 they are still very useful for
v4 imho! These are full scaled labs.
3.) Yes :P
