Thor,
Your best bet would be Cisco Press if you are just looking for something to read through. We often recommend reading those books prior to taking the class. But with the iCOD you would probably not need to read through the Cisco Press books, although I am always under the assumption that more information can't hurt.
The iCOD comes with 2 huge workbooks and 1 lab guide for each module within CCSP. These are the two courses we have completed as of today.

There's always Ciscopress. That's not a bad place to go. We have an iCOD for CCSP if you are interested:

Although we only have SNRS and SNAF completed at the moment. SNAA is scheduled to be done within a couple weeks.

Does anyone has a list of resources for CCSP? Both INE & IPExpert have their
bootcamps/COD but I can't see that either offer a workbook. I'm not looking
for a bookcamp but would rather read in my own time. The new ASA book looks
interesting so that is a start. Has anyone been through the CCSP recently
and can recommend any other books or resources that were good?
