If your discovery is not working, first try adding any 'central' device
(like core switch) manually. Then configure that device as a 'seed' in your
discovery settings. In fact its better you select 'use DCR as seed' option.

Also as Tyson suggested, try to enable all the relevant discovery methods
(ARP,CDP,HSRP,Routing Table, Ping Sweep)
