CWLMS device discovery

Hi all,

I have a problem with CWLMS as it doesnt discover any device, I double check
the config on CWLMS and it seems fine...
here is my config on one of the device:

snmp-server community public RO CWLMS_SNMP
snmp-server community private RW CWLMS_SNMP
snmp-server trap-source Vlan1
snmp-server enable traps snmp authentication

snmp-server enable traps syslog
snmp-server enable traps vlan-membership
snmp-server host 192.168.1.211 public
snmp-server host 192.168.1.212 public

Any idea on where to start troubleshooting?
device and CWLMS can communicate ping is fine..
