UCCX installation problem on VMWARE

Hi

I have tried to install UCCX in VMWARE server. I have a problem after the
installation.

The hard disk is always full-loading, it makes me too slowly for access
UCCX. I have create 2 CPU (quad core 9550) with 2.4GB ram. I have done the
following thing

1. restart the SQL service and Cisco UCCX node service
2. reinstall the UCCX again

ALl the problem cannot fix. Anyone know how to solve this.
