Hi,
Cisco has been active in IETF for P2MP LSP standartization using mLDP,
but they have adopted P2MP LSPs based on RSVP signaling, that Juniper
had for a long time.

This feauture is relatively new, so you may want to consider using the
"classic" multicast routing techniques.
