Error writing new config file

Hey guys,

Any logical explanation for this? after generation a cypto key, as soon as i
issue the command "copy run start", it tends to save to a
"flash:/private-config.text.new" which crashes some of my switches...

Additional info -- i have another similar switch, same image, processor,
same NVRAM & memory size etc. and it works fine with no messages nor
crashing.

I just have no logical explanation for this
