debug dscp and cos ?

Hello experts,

Are there debug commands that can tell me how packets are marked on an
interface, both DSCP and COS?

I know that I can play with policy maps on interface to match interesting
traffic but is there another way ? On live network I will not have a luxury
to do this anyway...
