Like Marko said, your name is indeed in our database of customers.
That means that yes, you have purchased something, or downloaded
something from us. What happens is that when you purchase a product,
or download a free product from us to help you, yes your name does go
into a customer database. At the end of the day, we are a business
and it makes sense for us to track who has purchased stuff or used our
products. If you didn't use the product you downloaded and feel
strongly that we were not part of your success there is no issue in
having us remove that.

You could have simply sent an email to support_at_ipexpert.com , and
explained in a professional way the situation, and we'd have be happy
to take it off the list of our thousands of very happy and satisfied
engineers. Lashing out against the credibility of our company on a
public forum by saying we are lying is a bit much honestly. You
downloaded and/or purchased product from our website. You got your
CCIE. We are a CCIE training company. Put two and two together here.

As far as the credibility and reputation of our product, I'll let the
decade of experience, success stories, groupstudy posts, and
everything else speak for itself as well. If we were a "fly by night"
company I don't think we'd be recognized as one of the premier CCIE
training vendors in the world. Thanks.
