I strongly recmomend - netsimk . its a opensource and cost $0

I have used it back in Uni days and it was a good to simulate
switches/router and even PC in one diagram.

 About the Developers

NetSimK arose out of the frustration with the many existing network
simulator products.

As a CCNA lecturer, Steve Kessell decided that a simpler, easier, more
versatile and CHEAPER product was required. Hence the birth of NetSimK.

NetSimK was developed over a number of years with the aid of many Cisco
support staff from a variety of institutions.

NetSimK is continually being improved and updated, with more and more IOS
functionality added with every release. Many of the improvements come from
customer feedback, which is always welcome and encouraged.

In early 2005, Lindsay Dempsey teamed up with Steve and together committed
themselves to bringing this excellent training tool to the CCNA world and
the world of CCNA wannabes.

NetSimK is written in Borland Delphi.
