A week ago, i upgraded a test 3560 switch using this same
image (ipservicesk9-mz.122-52.SE.bin) via a solarwind tftp server without
errors.

I deleted flash first before uploading the image

#delete /force /recursive flash:c3560*
#copy tftp:

The only issue i had was; after the upgrade, it took more than 20secs for
my worksstation to obtain IP address via dhcp; not sure if its some kind of
bug on this image.

I ended u deploying (-50.SE3) which was more stable.
