WFQ

Hi Guys,

The WFQ scheduler takes the packet with lowest SN ( sequence number) among
all the queues & move it to the hardware queue.

My question is suppose i have have two flows with same Precedence 0 but
different packet lengths (1000 byte & 500 byte) each having one packet.
Suppose both packets have same SN. Now which packet will dequeued first &
why?
