Hi Fortner
As I want to change the calling type for some specific number "e.g." 911 so
I create the translation-pattern on HQ router (MGCP GW). But I know the
voice-translation pattern does not work on this
Should I need to configure on CUCM only.

You won't see the change in the Q931 debug as that is before it hits
the voice translation rule.
