Have you tried on a different OS, and are you 100% sure it is not an OS related issue?

Since the configurations is okey, the next thing I would try is to capture the packets with WireShark and see what is going on...

I personally would test it with a Windows and a Linux box to see whether both can't browse it. If you don't have access to Linux, try 7 or Vista because XP did have some issues with IPv6.
