Not Able to Browse Ipv6 site

Dear All,

I have established IPv6 with one of our customer. Customer is able to ping and
resolve the v6 sites but not able to browse.

Customer is physically connected to v4 enabled router and is extended logically
to v4/v6 dual stack router via ipv6 tunnel.

I am able to ping customer v6 ip with mtu size of 1476. Kindly let me know if
this is the mtu issue and how can it resolved.
