RE: Transformation Calling Pattern Problem

Hi Adel

I have tried to add a new partition (pt_911) for the transformation calling
pattern. Then I assign a new css for including pt_911. Finally, I assign the
css to the phone device pool and the HQ GW (MGCP incoming css).

Thanks

David,

        could you verify that:

1. The transformation pattern is in the partition that is part of the
Calling Party Transformation CSS of the phone you are trying to get a call
to.
2. The pattern actually matches party number that PSTN is sending (verify
with debug isdn q931 on the gateway). It should usually be 911.
3. The prefix digit option has '9' in it.
4. The Use Calling Party Transformation CSS of the device pool setting is
unchecked, otherwise make a change to the device pool (or create a copy of
the default device pool and make changes there to cover all devices in the
pool, if needed).
5. Reset the phone.

Subject: Transfomation Calling Pattern Problem

Hi All

I want to change the phone display number for the calling number (e.g. 911).
It will display 9911 on the phone display.

I tried to configure it via the transformation calling pattern (without
partition configure). And enable the phone device pool for the
transformation on the phone configuration.

However when 911 dial the phone, the phone display is still not change
(still appear 911 instead of 9911).

Is there any step missing for configure this e.g. service parameter.

I have tried to reboot the router and CCM and test. The test is still
failed.

Thanks

Best Regards

David
