Jorge,
1- It's been a long time since I played with FR, but I remember that
some features, mos notably those related to QoS, required FRTS
to be enabled even though it was not always stated.
Can you check that it is not enabled now, even if you did not
do it explicitly ? FRTS enables an intermediate double buffer
that you are able to tell from an interface show command.

2- As a CCSI, that is , an instructor, I've been seeing more and
more cases where a reload fixes things. And I know how much
trouble that means when you are learning, or just dealing with a
complex scenario that has many "may be at fault" points.
No advice here though, other than "reload at noon". Given that
ISRs take forever to load, reloading is a very expensive decision,
but I guess you know that :-/
