Thanks Dale,  I didn't think I has a password on them and I know I had looked on some of the switches before, but I guess I didn't check these two.  I just created a random password and it worked perfectly.  Thanks again.

CAT-4 needs to be (manually) configured with the same VTP password
you've configured on CAT-1. It's not clear to me from your
message/outputs whether you've done this. The differing MD5 digests
suggest not.
