VTP issue

I have been trying to troubleshoot an issue for a while now and I cannot
figure out how to correct it. The issue appears that the MD5 digest is
failing. I have simplied my network but shutting down all ports but 1
that links the two switches together. Both are connect to Port f0/24.
CAT-1 is a 3550 and CAT-4 is a 2960. CAT-1 has all of the VLAN's I need
but will not show up on CAT-4. I have rebooted both switches and
deleted the vlan.dat that was on CAT-4. I also verified that CAT-1 was
transmitting the correct information to CAT-2 which I have since
shutdown while I troubleshoot this issue. Any Ideas would be a great
help. Below is some of the output from the switches

Cat-1#sh run int f0/24
