SP lab - few general queries

Hi,

My exam is on 5th and I have few general queries. Please do the needful.

[1] If I need to get any clarification from Proctor in OEQ section, can I
discuss with Proctor and get clarification? Or this is (i.e getting
clarifications from Proctor) is possible only during lab section?

[2] As part of System management, I may need to configure passwords (under
line vty).
- Is it better to do these type of tasks at the beginning or in middle?
Because if keep these type of tasks in last few mins, in case if I didn't
configure these passwords properly, I may be in trouble. (or)
- If I don't have proper time and verification is not possible, is it better
to leave these tasks as such?
