1. Pick a linux distro.
2. Install it on a server or workstation.
3. Go in under services and turn on NTP server.
Linux is one of those things where everyone has there own preferred way of
doing things. I prefer Fedora/Red Hat over the more popular Ubuntu, simply
because of how long I have been using it.
