8 minutes per ticket may be very reasonable for Cisco, it depends what the ultimate goal is. Now they closed RTP for six months. I start to see a bigger picture...

I would go with that. Eight minutes per case in a complex and unknown
scenario is very unreasonable expectation. On the other hand, 10 to 15
minutes is perfectly reasonable.
