Hi Gary!

Students have reported that the very best thing about the Volume 4 workbook is the fact that it gets you thinking "outside the box" on some of the more bizarre Trouble Tickets. While many of the Trouble Tickets in the exam are what we might consider straightforward (mismatched timers in OSPF, for example), some require much more creative thought to solve. Students have loved the Volume 4 for practice on these tougher ones.

Since most of the Volume 4 Trouble Tickets are of a high-level of difficulty, it is probably not the best tool to gauge your Troubleshooting speed for the actual exam. Our Graded Mock Labs and our Troubleshooting Bootcamp are the tools more directly designed for that purpose.

As you might expect - we are also tinkering with some other product ideas on the Troubleshooting section...
