Jorge,
You shouldn't have to do anything special besides enbaling bidir and
configuring the RP in bidir mode. When you do "show ip pim rp mapping" on
all routers does it list the RP in bidir-mode? If not, use the command:
ip pim rp-address x.x.x.x bidir
