Well i think we have to be fair to the vendor. They try to make their lesson
mobile by trying to conduct lessons out of their operating area so people
like me (in asia) have a chance to attending a quality lesson without having
to invest $5kUSD for traveling and accommodation to the states. They
probably publish the schedule a yr ahead and open for registration, students
like me will not confirm my booking say 1 month before the scheduled date,
so its difficult for the vendor to confirm their classes as well. I think
the vendor are trying to push back the confirmation as close to the
scheduled date as possible so that the last min students can make the class
happen. But unfortunately humans do not appreicate kindness.
